SONOMA -- Sen. Bill Dodd will host a virtual town hall Nov. 16 on police reform and social justice issues featuring Sen. Steven Bradford, author of Senate Bill 2, California's new law to increase accountability among police officers.

Panelists will focus on the statewide response to California’s wildfires including improvements to public safety power shutoffs, evacuations and more resilient emergency communications.
