Sen. Dodd Responds to Governor’s Call for Change at PG&E

NAPA – Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, issued the following statement today in response to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s call for changes to the overly broad application of public safety power shutoffs by Pacific Gas & Electric Co.:

“No doubt about it, we need fundamental change to PG&E’s structure and governance,” said Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa. “I am looking forward to working with Gov. Newsom and my colleagues in the Legislature to do everything we can to put ratepayers and public safety in the best possible position.”
