Sen. Dodd Issues Statement on Governor’s Infrastructure Initiative

SACRAMENTO – Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, released the following statement today on the signing of an infrastructure and climate package advanced by Gov. Gavin Newsom and the Legislature:

“Accelerating critical infrastructure projects while achieving climate goals is vital to California,” Sen. Dodd said.  “This package ensures we’re able to advance critical projects while doing them in a thoughtful way that addresses our climate concerns. I want to thank Gov. Newsom for his leadership in cutting red tape that has delayed these projects in the past. Clearly, we must not put process over purpose.”
