A Message from Bill Dodd

Dear Neighbor,

Fall’s arrival marks the end of another busy legislative session. It was bittersweet for me – it was my last since I’m leaving office at the end of this year.

At the Capitol, a number of my bills advanced to address important issues such as wildfire safety, elder fraud protection and artificial intelligence regulation. Some measures have already been signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom while others are on his desk and await his pen by Sept. 30.
