Thursday, March 7, 2019

SACRAMENTO – Sen. Bill Dodd, D-Napa, released the following statement today about the upcoming anniversary of the fatal shooting at the Yountville Veterans Home that claimed the lives of Christine Loeber, Jennifer Golick and Jennifer Gonzalez Sushereba:

“March 9, 2018 is a date I will remember forever because it was a day we lost three talented, smart and caring women who dedicated their lives to the service our nation’s veterans,” said Sen. Dodd. “They were killed doing work they were passionate about and will be forever missed by their families and large circle of friends. This heart-wrenching anniversary reminds us of the need to prevent gun violence and treat mental illness.”
