A Message from Senator Bill Dodd
Dear Neighbor,
Spring rains are driving a bumper crop of bright flowers this April along with new hope for a productive year here in the Capitol.
So far, there is ample reason for optimism. Legislation that will protect you and the environment and help with the continuing October wildfire recovery effort is moving forward. I’m advancing bills to strengthen our electric delivery system and prevent future fires while improving necessities like disaster insurance coverage. At the same time, I’m continuing my push to expand access to public preschool education and to prevent low-income people from getting their water shut off.
